Solutions for your cargo
Freight and logistics services
Road freight, air freight and coordination of international shipments involving several transport partners. We choose the transport and route around your cargo, schedule and delivery requirements.

A good fit for
Regular shipments and consolidated cargo
Road freight
We arrange road freight within Kazakhstan and on international routes, including China and Europe. We select a dedicated truck (FTL) or a consolidated shipment (LTL) to suit your cargo and delivery address.
- Full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL)
- Oversized and heavy cargo

A good fit for
When delivery time comes first
Air freight
We arrange domestic and international air freight, including exports, imports and transit shipments. We check whether the cargo can be accepted based on its weight, dimensions, packaging and properties, then agree the route and delivery terms.
- Export and import
- International transit and transfer

A good fit for
When the whole route needs coordination
International shipment coordination
We plan your international shipment, select suitable routes and transport modes, and coordinate the participants. Storage, consolidation and customs support are arranged by agreement. The proposal sets out the scope of work, cost and timing.
- Routes using one or several transport modes
- Coordination of carriers and warehouses

Before dispatch
Clear terms for your decision.
Compare proposals across the full route and the same scope of work. These questions help define the shipment before booking.
What does the price include?
A proposal should specify where the service starts and ends, the transport stages and included work. Clarify collection, terminal handling, transfers, storage, customs support and delivery to an address separately: the scope depends on your shipment.
Ask for the currency, taxes, payment terms, quotation validity and possible charges for waiting or changes to shipment details.
How is delivery time defined?
A flight or a truck journey is part of the overall delivery. Planning also needs the cargo-ready date, collection, terminal acceptance, formalities and handover to the consignee.
Clarify when the quoted period starts, which stages it covers and what the supplier and consignee need to arrange.
What if the conditions change?
Tell your manager if the weight, dimensions, package count, address, cargo readiness or unloading window changes. These details can affect transport, price and timing.
Agree on a revised quotation, plan version and responsibilities before proceeding. The original proposal may need to be reviewed.
