Air freight

We arrange domestic and international air freight, including exports, imports and transit shipments. We check whether the cargo can be accepted based on its weight, dimensions, packaging and properties, then agree the route and delivery terms.

What goes into planning air freight

The full delivery schedule includes cargo preparation, airport acceptance, the flight and handover to the recipient.

Cargo acceptance

For urgent spare parts, equipment and other goods, we check the available shipping options. Weight, dimensions, cargo properties and packaging affect flight selection; a charter can be assessed separately where needed.

Information before booking

We need an accurate description, package count, weight and packed dimensions. Tell us about batteries, liquids or other special properties early so we can check acceptance and documentation requirements before agreeing the shipment.

From the airport to the recipient

The proposal specifies whether the service ends at the airport or includes onward delivery. Collection, terminal handling, customs broker coordination and delivery to your address are agreed as parts of the overall transport plan.

From the task to the plan

Experience and preparation for your service.

Urgent cargo starts with accurate details.

For air freight, cargo acceptance and the full journey to the consignee need checking first. Prepare the commodity name, package count, packed weight and dimensions, cargo-ready date and required delivery date.

Declare batteries, liquids and other special properties before agreeing on dispatch. Acceptance depends on the specific cargo and flight.

LET’S TALK DELIVERY

What we need for an accurate quote

Cargo details help us choose suitable transport and estimate the cost and timing. If some details are unknown, start with the route and we will clarify the rest together.

  1. 01Origin and destination cities and addresses
  2. 02Cargo description, packaging and special requirements
  3. 03Number of packages, with the weight and dimensions of each
  4. 04Cargo readiness date and preferred delivery date

Before dispatch

Clear terms for your decision.

Compare proposals across the full route and the same scope of work. These questions help define the shipment before booking.

What does the price include?

A proposal should specify where the service starts and ends, the transport stages and included work. Clarify collection, terminal handling, transfers, storage, customs support and delivery to an address separately: the scope depends on your shipment.

Ask for the currency, taxes, payment terms, quotation validity and possible charges for waiting or changes to shipment details.

How is delivery time defined?

A flight or a truck journey is part of the overall delivery. Planning also needs the cargo-ready date, collection, terminal acceptance, formalities and handover to the consignee.

Clarify when the quoted period starts, which stages it covers and what the supplier and consignee need to arrange.

What if the conditions change?

Tell your manager if the weight, dimensions, package count, address, cargo readiness or unloading window changes. These details can affect transport, price and timing.

Agree on a revised quotation, plan version and responsibilities before proceeding. The original proposal may need to be reviewed.
