Road freight
We arrange road freight within Kazakhstan and on international routes, including China and Europe. We select a dedicated truck (FTL) or a consolidated shipment (LTL) to suit your cargo and delivery address.

Services
Shipping options
The proposal sets out the route, price, services and each party’s responsibilities. Additional work is included once its terms have been agreed.
Full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL)
Oversized and heavy cargo
Temperature control and special conditions
Delivery to a warehouse or recipient
How we prepare a road shipment
From vehicle selection to unloading arrangements, we work through the requirements for the whole route.
Dedicated truck or consolidated shipment
For equipment, spare parts and goods, we compare a dedicated vehicle with space in a consolidated load. We consider cargo volume, compatibility with other goods and the required delivery date.
A vehicle suited to the cargo and loading site
We confirm each package’s weight and dimensions, packaging, loading method and securing requirements. Oversized and heavy cargo requires a separate review of route restrictions, permits and site access.
Agreed delivery scope
We agree the addresses, receiving arrangements and responsibilities for loading and unloading. Storage, transloading, temperature control and customs coordination are included once their need and cost have been confirmed.

Before dispatch
Clear terms for your decision.
Compare proposals across the full route and the same scope of work. These questions help define the shipment before booking.
What does the price include?
A proposal should specify where the service starts and ends, the transport stages and included work. Clarify collection, terminal handling, transfers, storage, customs support and delivery to an address separately: the scope depends on your shipment.
Ask for the currency, taxes, payment terms, quotation validity and possible charges for waiting or changes to shipment details.
How is delivery time defined?
A flight or a truck journey is part of the overall delivery. Planning also needs the cargo-ready date, collection, terminal acceptance, formalities and handover to the consignee.
Clarify when the quoted period starts, which stages it covers and what the supplier and consignee need to arrange.
What if the conditions change?
Tell your manager if the weight, dimensions, package count, address, cargo readiness or unloading window changes. These details can affect transport, price and timing.
Agree on a revised quotation, plan version and responsibilities before proceeding. The original proposal may need to be reviewed.
