How we connect an international shipment’s stages
This service is for shipments involving several carriers, warehouses or other partners between supplier and recipient.
A route built around your shipment
We confirm the origin and destination, cargo readiness and required arrival date. We compare suitable transport modes and combinations, taking transfers, restrictions and budget into account.
Clear arrangements between partners
We establish who collects the cargo, where handovers take place and what information each stage requires. Storage, consolidation and customs broker coordination can be added where needed.
A defined scope and price
The proposal records the route, included services, cost, timing and each party’s responsibilities. Before dispatch, we confirm unloading and receiving arrangements and identify costs excluded from the quote.

Before dispatch
Clear terms for your decision.
Compare proposals across the full route and the same scope of work. These questions help define the shipment before booking.
What does the price include?
A proposal should specify where the service starts and ends, the transport stages and included work. Clarify collection, terminal handling, transfers, storage, customs support and delivery to an address separately: the scope depends on your shipment.
Ask for the currency, taxes, payment terms, quotation validity and possible charges for waiting or changes to shipment details.
How is delivery time defined?
A flight or a truck journey is part of the overall delivery. Planning also needs the cargo-ready date, collection, terminal acceptance, formalities and handover to the consignee.
Clarify when the quoted period starts, which stages it covers and what the supplier and consignee need to arrange.
What if the conditions change?
Tell your manager if the weight, dimensions, package count, address, cargo readiness or unloading window changes. These details can affect transport, price and timing.
Agree on a revised quotation, plan version and responsibilities before proceeding. The original proposal may need to be reviewed.
