Inlogistics organises road transport of oversized cargo from China to Kazakhstan. We work with industrial equipment, special equipment and other cargo that requires individual delivery preparation. To evaluate such transportation, the name of the machine or a photograph is not enough: you need shipping dimensions and weight, exact addresses and information about the sites. On this basis, transport, route and scope of work required can be discussed.

Where does the assessment of oversized transportation begin?

The first question is how the equipment will look on the road. The dimensions of the installed unit may differ from the dimensions of the cargo package prepared for shipment. The final parameters are influenced by the packaging, transport frame and elements that the manufacturer allows to be transported separately. Therefore, ask the supplier to prepare information specifically about the transport condition of the equipment.

For initial consideration, please submit the length, width, height and weight of each package, total number of packages, photos and drawing. If the data is preliminary, please indicate this explicitly. A preliminary estimate based on the factory specification is convenient to use for planning, but before final approval it must be checked against the actually prepared cargo.

Why is the entire path to the site important?

The route does not end with the name of the city. To deliver to a factory, warehouse or construction site, you need to understand where the entrance is located, what conditions apply at the site and who accepts the equipment. Indicate the full address of the sender in China and the unloading point in Kazakhstan, as well as contact details of those responsible on both sides.

Provide details of access roads, gates and available space at the site. Qualified specialists assess route access and any technical measures required. For oversized transport, the shortest route on a map is not necessarily suitable. If the receiving site is still under construction, account for its readiness in the delivery plan.

How permits and approvals are taken into account

We will arrange for obtaining the necessary special permits and approvals. The approvals required depends on the parameters of the vehicle with the cargo and the chosen route. The decision to issue a permit is made by the competent authority. Approval depends on the assessment of the specific application.

The Kazakhstan and China sections are assessed separately against the applicable requirements. One document should not be treated as a permit for the entire international route. Details of the Kazakhstan public service are available on the official gov.kz portal. Customs procedures are considered separately: a special road permit does not replace customs clearance.

What to include in a delivery offer

To compare options, you need the same initial task. Record the cargo composition, packaging, addresses, desired date of readiness and transfer conditions. The proposal must clarify the boundaries of the service: what operations are agreed, who ensures the readiness of the sites, and what information is still expected from the manufacturer.

It is especially useful to separately note the dependent steps: completion of packaging, verification of parameters, permitting procedures, and recipient readiness. If the factory changes the frame or adds a separate assembly, please notify us prior to shipping. Changes in weight, dimensions or number of packages may require a revision of the original transport plan and commercial proposal.

Questions before requesting a quotation

Is it possible to start a discussion without a ready-made packing list? Yes. Send available drawings, specifications and photographs. For a preliminary assessment, it is important to indicate which parameters have already been confirmed and which are still being clarified by the supplier.

Is it enough to know only the mass of the equipment? No. To select a solution, you also need the dimensions of each package, transport configuration, addresses and handover conditions. The same weight does not mean the same transportation conditions.

Get a shipping estimate from China

Send a description of the equipment, cargo package parameters and route to Inlogistics. We will help you determine what data is missing for the quotation and discuss the preparation of road transport. If the purchase is still being agreed, attach a draft specification: this will allow you to identify issues that need to be addressed to the manufacturer earlier.
