“Keep it warm” is not enough to select a transport arrangement. The product’s requirements, shipment preparation and response to deviations must be defined. Use this guide to collect the requirements and agree how they will be met at each transport stage. The manufacturer or another authorised specialist responsible for the goods determines their requirements.

Obtain the written product requirements

Request a document specifying the permitted conditions, applicable transport stage and handling requirements. Clarify whether values concern the product or its surroundings, and what measurement demonstrates compliance with the agreement. Do not reuse the requirements of a similar product without confirmation. Provide any special temperature requirements in advance. Agree the data format and monitoring possibilities with the participants before confirming the transport plan.

Describe every handover

Agree the condition in which the supplier releases goods and who confirms readiness. Consider loading, any transfer, waiting and receiving separately. When one leg needs special conditions, check the adjoining operations too. Record who manages each handover and what information goes to the next party. An equipment setting alone does not describe the product’s starting condition or the conditions during all surrounding operations.

Agree monitoring and exception decisions

Define the information the customer needs, where it is measured and how it is provided. If a recorder is proposed, agree its placement, identification and report access with the responsible specialist. Name the contact for exceptions and the process for reporting unavailable data. A photograph of a display cannot establish product suitability on its own. The authorised party assesses deviations against the product requirements and available evidence.

Check that the proposal covers the task

The proposal should identify agreed legs, operations, equipment and monitoring boundaries. Clarify which actions require further approval or payment, especially when routes or waiting periods change. If requirements are missing, obtain them from the party responsible for the goods before selecting transport. Before dispatch, reconcile the current requirement version with shipment documents and the conditions confirmed by participating parties.

  • The requirement document covers the actual product and current shipment condition.
  • Permitted conditions, measured object and applicable stages are clearly defined.
  • Loading, transfer, waiting and receiving are included in the transport discussion.
  • Monitoring, data handover and the deviation-assessment contact are agreed.
  • The proposal reflects actual services, with special operations confirmed before dispatch.

Leave the route and cargo description in the form. Email manufacturer requirements to info@inlogistics.kz with the request reference. A manager will review transport options and prepare a proposal.
