What to know before you ship.
What do you need for a quote?
Provide the origin and destination cities, cargo description, package count, weight and packed dimensions. Add the cargo readiness date and preferred delivery date. If some details are still unknown, start with the route and our manager will clarify the rest.
Can I send a small shipment?
For smaller shipments, we assess consolidation: your cargo travels together with other shipments. Availability, price and timing depend on the route, cargo dimensions and handling requirements.
What does the freight quote include?
The proposal lists the agreed services. Your shipment may also require supplier collection, storage, transloading, customs coordination or delivery to your site. Before dispatch, we agree which operations are included in the quote and which are charged separately.
